Caution Flags on Work at Home Programs Part II

3. Contradictions in advertisements. My favorite is in the fine print at the bottom of the screen that says that the average person makes only $X per month, and the amount is under $100 or this quote "*The income testimonials presented are applicable to the individuals depicted and are not a guarantee of your income nor are they typical. And finally I see someone who tells you that this latest product is THE way to go, but when you ask them, they are working five or six different programs, all with only a little result. You see a lot of ads online, and just about every site you visit has someones ad to all sorts of other things, each with a similar product and story. Some people get so excited about these programs that they buy them all and it is sort of like an addition to alcohol or drugs, but very few are successful. This may not be a reason not to joining the programs, but it is a very good reason to be cautious and research everything before investing.

4. Web sites that claim they know the secret to making money online, and then have links to different online programs, including other programs telling you how to make money. If they knew how to make money, they would focus on what worked. If anyone gives you or referrs you to a link for signing up for an online business and they don't tell you exactly what you can expect out of it or what you will be doing.
