KMChat Scam

KMChast is a program that is very similar to CashDirectly. The India based company asks you to send them $25.00 for purchase of their program.

There program includes posting ads their "extensive list of Free Advertising sites" and then when someone send you a payment to PayPal in response to your ad, you send them a Work at Home Directory and they will teach how to resell this program to other people too.

Honestly with CashDirectly and now KMChat are not legitimate work at home opportunities. I worked the CashDirectly system and I received 3 responses for more information about the thousands of ads I posted on the Internet and I felt so bad about trying to con the people out of the many I sent them the list with note that said tell me if you think the list is worth $25.

Each of them told me no. Do not buy into get rich quick schemes, the only people getting rich are the ones who make up the program.

RebateProcessorJobs

In order for rebate RebateProcessorJobs to work, you must first advertise and sell a product. Then from your commissions, you sent $5 or $10 back to the person. It is not a job. You are advertising, you are selling the item and you sending part of your profits back to the purchaser. To me and they way site made it sound, they would send me an e-mail and ask me to process a rebate, that is not the case. You have to spend money to advertise, yes there are a lot of free advertising sites out there, but they do not work as well as paying for advertising. In my opinion yes it is scam because they mislead you in their advertising.

Vocal Labs

Vocal Labs is different from other survey sites listes on this because you will be asked to call a toll-free phone number, try to get some information or complete a task, and then do an on-line survey about your experience.

Vocal Lab customers are usually interested in knowing what your experience was like, so they can improve their customer service. Sometimes, you may be asked to visit a web site, or send E-mail somewhere. There may be times you will be asked to do something at a particular time or on a particular day. Generally, the more things you are asked to do, the more money the survey is worth.

You are paid at least 50 cents per completed task and on average it is about a $1.00. The money is sent to your paypal account 5 days after completing the task.

If you are intereted in Joining Vocal Labs click here.

American Consumer Opinion

American Consumer Opinions is another survey site that I have been a member of for years. Unlike other survey sites, American Consumer Opinion does not post open surveys on their website.

Panel members who are invited to complete a survey are sent an email from Anne Parks that contains the web address of the survey they are invited to complete. They use the information from the registration page (such as age, gender, geographic location, type of employment, and more) to match against the criteria for each survey on a case-by-case basis.

I receive 1 to 5 surveys a week from them and the compensation is $1 to up to $10, that is most I have ever encounter. What also makes them different is even if you don't qualify to take the survey, they enter you into a monthly drawing for $10,000.

Monthly Online Income Summary - I am Earning Money On-Line

Well I have to say, that I am not making enough money to replace my salary as an IT Manager, but I am making enough money to pay for extra expenses, like Christmas, League Bowling, Daycare and Private School Tuition. For the third month in a row now, the checks and/or the paypal payments are coming in. Here are the programs that I am using and suggestions on how to succeed with these programs:

Gomez Peer - This is a program is free. It works by you allowing the company utilizes your Internet access to analysis data. There is a $45 limit every month for earnings. If you have an old computer that you can just keep on the Internet and not use, you will meet this limit. You can also install the software on multiple computers. If you are interested in joining click here.

ClixSense - ClixSense is a paid to read online ad program. They have a $10 upgrade option or it is free. With the free program you will receive about 10 - 20 messages a day. The average ad is worth 1 cent, however, I have received ads worth up to 10 cents. When you pay the $10 upgrade, your membership is good for 1 year and you will instantly receive over 500 ads to ready. After those 500 ads you will receive anywhere from 50 to 100 ads a day. If you are interested in joining click here.

Hits4Pay - Hits4Pay is a paid to read online ad program. You will receive $10 free just for signing up. Each ad that you read is worth 2 cents. I receive on average 10 to 15 ads per day. If you are interested in joining Click Here.

Clickbank is the program that I use to for my affiliate work. I advertise products on there site using Overture and when the items I advertise sell, I receive a check. So far I spent about $100 in advertising and I made $250 in sales. It is not a lot of money but it is something, I am not looking to get rich I just want so extra cash. You also have the option to create an e-book and sell it using ClickBank and letting other people advertise it and then you get paid and they get paid. If you have a speciality or something that you know a lot about, try creating a e-book and sell it using Clickbank.

NetWinner - NetWinner has two game on it the Money Wheel and Banko. You will receive 100 chances to win on the Money Wheel everyday and you will receive 10 Banko cards a day. When playing the games you could win cash or you could win points that you can later trade in for gift certificates or cash. There is a 25,000 point cash out limit which equates to $25. On average I have make at least 1,000 points a day playing these games, which is equal is about $30 a month. If you are interested in joining click here.

Please read my previous posts about the survey sites that I am a member of for the rest of the companies that I have received payments from. Yes you can receive monthly payments from the survey sites that I have listed on my blog.

Survey Savvy

Survey Savvy is a great site where you complete surveys and get paid for it. I have been a member since 2004 and last month I made $70 for completing 4 surveys. This site really is one the best.

How Does SurveySavvy Membership Work?

Out of all registered members of SurveySavvy, they target various demographic groups according to criteria established by our clients. As soon as your profile matches the criteria for a specific survey, they will invite you via email to participate.

If you qualify for and complete the survey, they will credit your SurveySavvy account for the amount mentioned in your invitation. You can then request payment by logging-in to the member's area and clicking on "View Earnings and Get Paid!" you will be paid by check which will be sent to your registered address.

There is no guarantee as to how many surveys you may receive and/or participate in. That is based on your personal profile, what our clients are looking for, and if you fit into any open quota group. There is no real average as to how many most people are invited to. The amount varies, but you may receive more based on your profile.

Moola

Moola is a web site where you receive 1 cent for joining. Then you play games against other people and earn money from them. If you lose your 1 cent they give you options to earn more, may it be searching the internet or answering a quick survey. It is a really neat system. There is a upgrade account that will allow you to cash out at time. Here is all the information:

Moola's patented tournament model allows millions of people to attempt to win anywhere up to $10,000,000 playing exciting, nearly addictive games against one another, for free. How? Players start by receiving 1¢ from sponsors. In order to receive this penny, one may be required to read or watch an ad and then answer some kind of trivia (or "AdverTrivia") question to prove that attention has been paid.

With penny in hand, users may begin ascending the Moola Tower: The progressive level system at the heart of the tournament model. On level 1, a player will be matched in a 2-player game against another player who also has 1 penny. Players may choose from a variety of existing games, and Moola will regularly offer new titles to choose from. The winner of this game will emerge with the other's penny, for a total of 2¢, and have the opportunity to continue climbing to the next double or nothing level.

On level 2, a player will be matched in a game of choice against an opponent who also has 2¢. The winner will emerge with 4¢ and continue to climb the Moola Tower. At each new level, a player will select a game of choice and be matched against another opponent with equal financial interest, whereby the winner will emerge with twice the account balance he/she had previously. Players may choose to cash out at any time, in which case Moola will pay out real money to that player via mailed check in local currency, or save account balances and return later for continued play.

By playing double or nothing, player account balances multiply extremely quickly, producing exponential gains as high as $1000 by level 17, $10,000 by level 20, or $10,000,000 by level 30. However, players may also choose to compete on any lower levels which they can afford, thereby reducing their risk and reward. And, new players or anyone losing their entire balance at any time may start over for free, and get their first penny from Moola and/or its sponsors once again.

A note on Moola's advertising: Throughout the game play experience, players will be required to watch periodic ads and occasionally answer trivia (or "AdverTrivia") questions about the ads being watched. These ads appear before each game, and when a user receives his/her "Starting Penny." The purpose of these ads, or "AdverChallenges" are designed to assure advertisers that their messages are being watched by target audiences. This, in turn, gives advertisers greater confidence and willingness to continually sponsor the Moola tournament model, allowing users to continually vie for serious cash prizes. The result is an advertiser/audience harmony, in which advertisers enjoy certainty that their messages are not being "skipped over," and audiences, for the first time, enjoy thrilling monetary and entertainment benefits from their willingness to watch intermittent ads.

CashDirectly.com

OK, I have bought the program and I have followed the steps and I have nothing to show for it but the fact that I lost $15. Here is my original post that caused so many comments:

I have seen on rebate processors many times, but this is the first time that I have seen it as e-mail processor. www.cashdirectly.com claims that can make $15 per email you process? They also state that you will receive 10 to 25 e-mails a day from them. I did my usual searching and found absolutely nothing on this company, so I figured I would make the $15.00 investment and worse case scenario I would be the first person to do the review. Guess what! This is what they do not tell you.The emails you're sending out are actually ads, people have to buy what you're offering in these ads in order for you to get paid. So instead of you making $15 for EVERY email you send out, you only make that money if someone responds to your email ad, and pays you. This means you'd probably have to send out anywhere from 50 to 100 ads or more, to get just one person who's interested and actually pays. You really have to work for that one $15 payment. If you've tried to make money online with anything, I'm sure you know how time consuming and expensive it can get placing ads. There are some free advertising methods that work OK, but for the most part in order to make money online, or anywhere, you have to spend money first.I would not invest in the program, in the long wrong you are going to work really hard and only get $15 for your effort.

My original review was a little bit off, what I receive for the $15 was a list of 300 Work at Home Firms that were willing to hire me and instructions on how to post classified ads, sell the same list of 300 firms. I post my ads where they told me too and used the words that they told me to use and nothing, I have not sold a single list, not even a curious question from a prospect.

Honestly, I stand by my original review and I will say again don't join this program, save your money. Let me put it this way, if you read an ad that said, 300 Work at Home Firms want to hire you, send $15 via paypal to wahjs @ comcast.net, would you send the money and hope that you get the list?

NetWinner.com

My next couple of posts will be about earning money and prizes playing video games on the internet. All of the sites that I will refer too are free to join and give you the opportunity to earn points playings games and then you trade the points in for Sweepstakes entry or for prizes.

The first site I would like to review is NetWinner. NetWinner has two game on it the Money Wheel and Banko. You will receive 100 chances to win on the Money Wheel everyday and you will receive 10 Banko cards a day. When playing the games you could win cash or you could win points that you can later trade in for gift certificates or cash.

The site earns it money by playing commericals on the right hand side of the screen while you are playing their games. You will never be charged to play. Last Month they gave away $83,567 to their members! One of the best parts of this site, is if you refer someone to the site, you earn 10% of whatever they win (this includes points and cash). The Jackpot for both the Money Wheel and Banko is over 1 millions right now. Can you image winning 10% of that because you referred someone.

If you like playing games, give NetWinner a try by click here: Join NetWinner

CashDirectly

I have been receiving a lot of e-mails regarding my previous post about Cash Directly program. Therefore, I have removed the post and I am giving it another try. I will post my finding regarding the program after 1 week of using. Including how much I made and how much time I invested in the program.

I do not feel that I reviewed the program unfairly, but with all the feedback that I am receiving, I feel I have to give it another try and make sure that my original thoughts and feels are/were accurate.

If I was wrong, I will give everyone an apology.

I am also in the process of reviewing a new program that I found call "they pay money". Which so far seems to be OK, but I will give you more details when my review is complete.

Stay tuned, there is more to come.

WAH Watchdog

One of the sites that I check regularly when trying to figure out if a program is a scam or not is WAHWatchdog. WAHWatchdog is a site where work at home products and programs are tested and then voted on by everyday people like you and me. I mean have you every purchased a program that didn't live up to its claims, or had a hard time getting a refund from a merchant. That is what this site is all about, they tell you about which programs to avoid and which programs to invest in and if you need the help, they will help you get a refund.

If you are thinking, why is she advertising for a site just like hers. The answer is because I honestly believe that there is real work at home opportunities out there and whether you read about them on my site or somebody elses, I don't care, I just don't want anybody else to scammed like I have been. I want to tell the truth and give the legitimate companies an opportunity to get their programs out there.

League Bowlers can Earn at virtualtournaments.com

I have been a member of Virtual Tournaments for years now. Basically when I bowl in my league on Thursday, my scores count towards a Nationwide Tournament. 1 in 5 entries pays. You have to be a member of a USBC Sanctioned League and the Handicap for the tournament is 100% of 234. Here is the information:

$300,000 estimated payout for 2006 – 2007 season

o Singles Handicap and Scratch
o Doubles Handicap and Scratch
o Use your weekly League Scores
o Brackets, Sidepots and Eliminators

What is VirtualTournaments.com?

VirtualTournaments.com is one of the most unique bowling tournaments available anywhere.
Started in September of 2001, we developed the technology to enable bowlers in the US,
Canada and US Military to compete against each other without leaving their home bowling
center.

The concept of a virtual tournament is not unique. Even the governing body of
bowling, the USBC, recognizes this type of a Tournament as a "Mail-O-Graphic" Tournament
(see Rule 302b of the USBC Tournament Rules). Years ago, "Mail-O-Graphic" type Leagues
and Tournaments would mail in their scores. The receiving party would then combine all the
information and produce the results. With the onset of the Internet, we have taken that same
concept, however, we use the Internet instead of snail mail.

Each week, bowlers from all over the US and Canada (and some overseas Military Leagues)
enter our Tournaments. They then send in their scores, and we manually verify all cash
winning entries by either calling the League Secretary or Bowling Center. In some cases, we
call both to ensure accuracy.

Visit http://www.virtualtournaments.com today to sign up.

If asked who referred you, please enter Bytemi, and send me a message maybe we can do a long distant doubles tournament together.

Paid Game Finder Online Guide!

So I have been researching and playing with the idea of investing the money in Paid Game Finder for a while now and I finally bit the bullet and spent the money. Here is what the service claims:

1. Get paid money to play games that are being developed.
2. Earn $ to play games and answer simple survey questions.
3. Casinos will pay you $100 just to try out their online games.
4. Make $10 to watch ads between playing games.

OK, let me translate this for you now.

1. Sign up at a list of about 150 sites and wait to get an invitation to play a game. Make sure you act quickly when you receive the message or the spot will be filled. (Honestly, not too bad I guess, if I were to ever get an invitation, which has not happened yet!)
2. OK, this one is tricky, because the advise in the e-book states to sign up for sites the WorldGamer, where you deposit money and then compete against others for money. The advise of the author, is to sign up get a free bonus, play one game and then get out. Not exactly what I had in mind, when it says play a game and fill out a survey.
3. This is the best of all of, Casino's do not pay you to try their games, I wish they did, I would love to try new gambling games, honestly. However, what the author of this e-book is referring too, is sign up at 25 Casinos that he has listed. Then, make a deposit of $100 into your account and the casino will match that money and give you $100. Then all you have to do is play one game and then cash out. You doubled your money in seconds! It never works this way, you can't just cash out a matching deposit, trust me I have tried.
4. Ditto for number 2!

All and all, I would say that Paid Game Finder, misrepresents what they are offering and it is not worth the initial investment of $46.00.

The Online Business Systems

I don't know if you have noticed but there is a new cash cow out there for Careerbuilder.com and Monster.com. It is The Online Business Systems. I see the ads all the time and honestly, I have to tell you I was curious.

So what is another $9.95 for shipping to learn about a new program that is going to make me$15,000 in one month! Can you imagine live your dreams! OK, hopefully you heard the sarcasm in my voice while I wrote that. Please try and remember that if it is to good to be true, most likely it is. Here is the skinny on the program:

The Online Business Systems is a back office system used by some Herbalife distributors. Yes, we have found another Herbalife program (see my previous post about 5crazyfox, also a herbalife program).

After you pay your $9.95 for shipping and handling, you will be asked to buy a "decision kit" for $38 (yes, I was willing to make that investment too, God only knows why). Then you will be asked to spend $299, for an "international business package" (IBP) and apparently, if I had been willing to go that far, I would have been asked to spend $2,000 to accumulate "Value Points" to become a "supervisor".

Doesn't that all sound fun? OK, all joking aside, if you really want to be in Herbalife, do it, but save yourself the money and stay away from Online Business Systems. Go to www.herbalife.com and click on business opportunities at the top of the page. You can learn all about becoming a distributor and the way you can earn income.

How Do I Make Money Taking Surveys on the Internet

How Do I Make Money Taking Surveys on the Internet? I hear this questions a lot and I am going to say right off, that YES, you can make money filling out surveys on the Internet. I have already written a number of posts on sites that you can join and that will pay you to give your opinions. If the site is listed on this blog, I have received at least one paycheck for them and they are legitimate. There is somewhat of a science to making money filling out surveys. Here are my tips:

1. Join as many sites as you can, the more invitations you receive the more the you will be able to earn.
2. Make sure that you fill out all profile information that is requested. Survey companies use these profiles to match you to surveys.
3. Be honest, don't try to fake your way through a survey, these companies are giving you a voice to help shape new products and services, take it seriously.

I use a program call RoboForm to help me register at survey sites. Basically it fills out standard information, like name, address telephone number, how many kids, stuff like that. These are all really important pieces of information and if you want to have an unlimited supply of invitations.

Myself personally I receive over 50 invitations a day. I scan through, find the ones that interest me or have the best payout and those are the ones I complete. Don't feel that just because you got an invitation that you need to complete the survey.

Also, don't shy away from sites that offer a sweepstakes entry instead of a payout. With the way the sweepstakes rules are written, you have a very good chance of winning.

ClixSense.com EXPLOSIVE new affiliate program!

If you are currently a member of ClixSense.com or if you are interested in joining Clicksense, I just wanted to inform everyone that they have changed their affiliate program.

Members of ClickSense are earning monthly paychecks from clicking advertisements, and from referring new members. In the past ClickSense has for each ad you click, another 10 cents for each free member you refer, and $5 for each of your referrals who have upgraded to Premium ClixSense accounts.

The ClixSense.com affiliate program has gotten even better! Effective November 1, 2007, not only do you still get paid for clicking ads, still get paid 10 cents for referring new members, and 10% of ad purchase revenues from your downline.

Premium members will now get paid FIVE LEVELS deep for referrals who upgrade their accounts to Premuim accounts! With the old program you only received $5 for each upgrade you referred. If you referred three, your maximum earnings for those referrals was $15. With our new and improved affiliate program, your max earnings for those three referrals is up to $366.50!!!!!!!!!!PREMIUM members - when one of your direct referrals upgrade their account to a Premium membership, you are instantly paid $2 for that members upgrade. When that member refers a new member who upgrades to premium you are instantly paid a $1 override commission. This process continues for 5 levels.

I know that I have posted previously about ClickSense and the benefits of upgrading (receiving over 500 ads to read instantly) but now you will receive all the ads you can read and when you refer someone, you get paid even more. If you are not a member join ClickSense, if you are member remember to upgrade it is well worth it.

Opinion Outpost - Get Paid for Surveys

Opinion Outpost is a survey company that has been in business since 1987. I have been a member of the site since 2005. I receive survey invitations all the time and they are usually fun and quick.

The worse part of doing surveys online, is the length of survey, if I see a survey that is 20 minutes or longer I dread completing it because my attention span dies! With Opinion Outpost the surveys are short and I actually learn something by completing them.

What is Opinion Outpost?

Opinion Outpost is an online survey research panel. Joining Opinion Outpost is absolutely free. We currently accept members from the US and Canada.

What rewards do Opinion Outpost members earn for taking surveys?

Members generally earn $2 to $5 per survey completed depending on the length and difficulty of the surveys.

I would definitely vote this site, one of the best! Give it a try: Opinion Outpost

HarrisPollOnline Survey Site

Again Harris Poll Online is a site that I have been a member of since 2004. Basically you take surveys and earn HIPoints, you can then redeem those points for cash or prices. A word of warning though, your points expire after 2 years, so saving them up so something big is a great idea, but don't push it too far. The minimum number of points you need to cash out is 800, which is easy to achieve.

The more surveys you complete, the more HIpoints you earn. Look for invitations to complete eligible surveys. Upon completion of all eligible surveys, your HIpoints will automatically be entered into your account. You can check back regularly to see how many HIpoints you have earned.

As a thank you for your continued participation, you will receive 200 HIpoints, after you've completed your third survey to help you on your way to earning your first reward!
You should have received an email that contains your login information (email address and a randomly generated HIpoints password), after completing your first eligible survey.

To sign up go to http://www.harrispollonline.com/.

TestSpin Surveys

I have been a member of TestSpin surveys for about 4 years now. There is an annual maximum of $600 (for tax reasons) that you can earn. TestSpin surveys has historically paid people with gift certificates to Amazon, however they recently started to change over and payout will soon be made via paypal or check, which is great you are no long limited to just Amazon.

On the downside, it takes about 4 weeks to receive credit for a survey that you have completed. It will not be instant cash, so be patient, they have never not paid.

I know that the site will pay out and give you surveys, so if you want to earn money at home filling out surveys, register at www.testspin.com.

Here is how it works:

A market research company calls TestSpin and asks us if TestSpin has a certain user profile, such as Men, age18-24. The client will have a specific "quota" of people they will need, such as 1000. They then search through our membership base to find that user profile. The client gives us a link to their survey and TestSpin emails to our members with that link and ask if they would like to take a survey.

Those members may go to our client's survey and start responding to questions. There usually will be a few (3-10) questions that will either qualify or disqualify members from that survey. If you don't qualify you are taken out of the survey and you do not get credited. If you do qualify, you will continue to answer questions. If you complete the survey you will be asked to enter your username for verification of your membership with TestSpin and this is what TestSpin uses to credit our members who complete the survey.

Once TestSpin fills the quota of people requested by the client they close the survey. TestSpin waits for the client to finish the survey (some take weeks) and then the client gives TestSpin the usernames they collected at the end of the survey and they credit those user's accounts.

Better Than MySpace, Try MyLot

I love mylot, it is a paid per post site and also has a great referral program where you will earn 25% of the earnings of all of your referrals.

You are given a profile page where you can advertise your web site or paid to click programs and making friends is impossible to avoid. The good news is that friends help you on mylot because when you post a discussion, your friends are e-mailed so they can respond. There is a $10 minimum payout, which is very easy to reach.

As a general rule, I post about 20 times a day on discussions and earn about $3.00 a day. Not a lot but it is something and I have fun with it. What else can you ask for.

5CrazyFox

I am sure that many of you have seen the commerical on TV for 5CrazyFox, also known by other names, beginning with a number always ending with crazyfox. The program will cost $9.95 to join for shipping and handling. When you receive the program you will find, that is an MLM (Multi Level Marketing) program for Herbalife.

Myself personally, if I am going to join an MLM, which I don't want too, I would not pick a program that is being advertised Nationally on TV, because there are probably thousands of people signing up for it every day. If I am going to be a salesman for a product, I would rather be one of hundreds than one of thousands. That is just my take. I have never seen an MLM that works.

Why can't these companies just tell the truth up front and let people make informed decisions.

Avoid the “Microsoft Lottery” phishing scam

This may be a little bit off topic but it is a scam that is trying steal your information and your idenity, so I want to share my research and make sure that everybody is aware.

Recently Microsoft customers have become targets of this scam, which employs false e-mail messages that promise that you have won "The Microsoft Lottery". I am sorry to say that you did not win the Microsoft Lottery, because there is no Microsoft Lottery.

These e-mail messages are intended to start a dialogue with people in order to convince them to hand over money or personal information or to click dangerous links on the Web. This is a type of phishing scam known as an "advanced fee fraud."

Its most common form is an e-mail message that claims that you have won a large sum of money, or that a person will pay you a large sum of money for little or no work on your part. It's also known as the Nigerian Letter or the 419 scam because the scammer often claims to be from Nigeria and 419 is the Nigerian criminal code that this scam violates. You can use the same general guidance that you use to protect yourself from phishing scams to help protect yourself from these e-mail hoaxes.

Don't respond to suspicious e-mail messages.
Don't click links in suspicious e-mail messages.
Delete suspicious e-mail messages and move on.
Report suspicious e-mail messages to the Anti-phishing Working Group.

ClixSense

I have been a member of ClixSense now for about 4 months, I have received a payout each month of at least $10. I have been receiving a number of e-mails asking whether it is worth the upgrade when joining ClixSense (there is a $10 premium member fee or you can just join as a free member). I have to say, honestly, it was well worth the money.

After paying the $10, I instantly received 598 web site to review ranging from 10 cents a site to 1 cent a site. Since upgrading I have easily cleared $30 a month. The key is to check back often. I check my ClixSense account about once every two hours and I always have new web sites to visit. For the first month after the upgrade, I honestly could not keep up with all the web sites that were being assigned to me.

If you are interested in Paid to Click sites, this is a great site and you will definitely earn money.

The IM Myth Report

OK, so I received an advertisment on one of my PAID to click sites from The IM-Myth Report, IM stands for Internet Marketing, basically all you have to do is download a free report from the IM-Myth website. Then for every person that you get to download the same report you earn $1.00, deposited directly to your PayPal account.

Here is what they don't tell you, you only get to earn the $1 for one week, it is not forever. It does not cost you anything to try, but it is only for a week.

Welcome to GoodGradesNow.com!

I've been getting emails from goodgradesnow.com, which is an online tutoring company, along with toospoiled.com (modeling agency, now a dating service!), and goodgradesnow.com (online tutoring).

These sites are scams to get people's information so they can sell your address, phone number and other information, but they don't appear to be involved in stealing your financial information.

The sad part, at least on my part, is I fell for both of them. When I was "filling out my application" for goodgradesnow.com, something in the application struck me as being off and I stopped and that is when I did the search on the BBB site and found out the truth about the sites. At least I didn't lose any money and I don't need to get a new identity now.

Star Month with Pay Checks from On-Line Work

Well this has been a star month for me, I received my first check from Clickbank and from Hits4Pay. I was actually waiting to receive these checks so I could purchase more programs to review, so keep your eyes open, more reviews are coming.

Hits4Pay is a site that pays you 2 cents per e-mail that you read and 1 cent for your referrals to read e-mails. They have a great section on how to get referrals and provide a monthly newsletter with tips and hints. I think they are great site. If you want to get paid to click Hits4Pay is a great place to start.

Get Paid To Read Emails - SIGNUP FOR FREE! $10 SIGNUP BONUS
Learn More: Hits4Pay

Clickbank is the program that I use to for my affiliant work. I advertise products on there site using Ovature and when the items I advertise sell, I receive a check.

Income 4 Beginners

Income f4 Beginners is an interesting program. It is actually one of the only programs where they tell you everything up front before you invest the $40 to buy the program. The reason why they tell you everything is because in order for the program to work you have to get reseller rights to the program.

OK now this might get a little confusing,

1. You get the Free E-Book, which you download
2. Read the E-Book, through out the book the author will tell you over and over again that you will buy his program by the end of the book and keeps telling you to keep reading because there is a big payoff.
3. At the end of the book he tells you that you are suppose to send the person who gave you the E-Book for free $40 and then your paypal account will be linked to the same E-Book
4. Then you advertise and market the E-Book to others who will then send you $40 for the right to advertise and market the same book.

Honestly, it is like selling a product that does not exist. You really are not offering anything useful, you are just spreading the con and yes you might make a little bit of money, but is it really worth it. Do you want to be like the people that have forced sites like mine to exist?

Just my opinion.

Work from Home Opportunites

The Most Popular Home Jobs are:

1. Running a home-based business (these would be programs that you have to purchase)
2. Computer work
3. Data entry
4. Word processing
5. Telephone research/sales
6. Customer services
7. Proof reader
8. Market research

If you are going to work from home you need good a reliable mobile, landline, fax, email and instant messaging program. That way if any one of these services fail you can still communicate. Technology has made working from home a much more realistic option for many people. If you’re self-employed or starting your own business, working from home is also a good way of reducing your overheads.

It becomes more difficult if you are trying to break into the work from home job market as people tend to guard their positions fiercely once they have them. There are always plenty of advertisements, both on and off the Internet, for people to work from home but the majority of these are scams. Generally, if the company you are applying to requests money (and you are applying as a employee and not business owner, beware!

Top Three Homeworking Scams to Avoid

1. You send off your registration fee to receive details about earning a good income from homeworking. You receive a letter instructing you to put an advert in your local shop or paper, asking people to send you a registration fee! A similar online version of this are e-books which promise to reveal the secret of 'how to get rich quick' - the 'secret' then turns out to be instructions on how to resell copies of the e-book you've purchased!

2. You answer an advertisement for a position, such as a freelance proofreader. With the application is a piece of text for you to correct any mistakes. On submitting you will be then be sent an Information Pack, which you are charged for and then you find out the information is ready available on the Internet for free.

3. You apply for a position doing simple assembly work at home, such as: greeting cards, toys or crafts, and are asked to pay up-front for materials. The materials will be worth much less than you've paid, and often the assembly work you complete will be rejected and returned to you as 'sub-standard' and of course you will receive no payments.

There are, plenty of valid jobs you can do from home, you just need to be careful when first starting out.

Working from home can bring huge benefits, allowing you to balance your family and work time, work more productively and reduce day to day stresses.

Make That Dollar

MakethatDollar is a paid to click/paid to sign up site. I think this site is truly unique in the fact that you paid cash as well as Silver Dollars. The Silver Dollars are used to join raffles, purchase referrals (which is really cool) or too purchase gift cards.

MakethatDollar is free to join and free to earn. On the paid to click side, you must visit each sponsors web site for 10 seconds. In addition, they have monthly contest.

Again you are not going to get rich using this site, but it is an easy way to earn a little bit of extra money. :D

BruceABerman

Bruce A Berman's program was presented to me as the ability to purchase a program for free and all you had to do was pay shipping and handling $4.95. Something did not seem right to be about this so I used my Citibank card for the protection that it has on purchases. A month after my purchase there was a charge for $99 and it was a reoccurring charge. So I had to report my card as stolen and dispute the reoccurring charge.

Citibank eventually gave me the money back, but be careful with anyone that says they will give you something for free, all you have to do is pay shipping and handling because it could come back and bite you in the butt.

As for the program itself, it was basically a bunch of audio CDs that showed you how to have the right attitude to succeed, no real program or instructions to follow. All in all, I would say this was probably the biggest scam that I bought into.

Dataentrybusiness.com Follow Up

Dataentrybusiness.com has created new section to their site for those people who want to work at home and not use Clickbank. It lists real companies where you can apply for a job being a Home Customer Service Agent, Home Typist, Home Medical Coders and Work at Home Transcription.

I still don't think that it is worth the original investment, since information like this available on web sites like http://www.wahm.com/ but at least now they are offering something other than affiliate selling on Clickbank.

If you have not read my first report on dataentrybusiness.com, please see:

Apple Patch Diet Affiliate Program

I received a request to try and report on the Apple Patch Diet Affiliate Program. I have not tried this program because after doing my research I learned that the Patch itself is a scam and nobody has reporting making money with the program. Let me explain:

The company offers to help people make money by selling the product, even though, you don't have to advertise or make calls (big red flag for me there, nothing is free and if you want to make money you have to work for it).

• When you sign up with this company, they charge you $29.95 and then they will set up a web site for you.
• They will then deposit $25.00 into your account.
• Whenever an Apple Diet Patch is sold through your newly created web site, you will earn $25.00.
• The company states that they will do all of the advertising for you. You do not have to do anything, however, they will not stop you from advertising for yourself. The more you advertise the more you will gain.

The people who have tried the program, have declared it a scam, they did not make any money off the site and lost their $29.95 investment. Yes they did have $25 deposited into their account, but you can not cash out your account until it reaches $100, so unless you make at least 3 more sales, you will never see the return on your investment.

In addition, they are charging $29.95 to have you market and sell their product for them. I have never seen someone charge you to be an affiliate, if the company had a real product, they would welcome the opportunity for you to advertise and sell the product and then share the profits with you. The Apple Patch Company is not making money from the patch, it is making by scamming people into believing they can make money online.

There is no definitive evidences to show that this indeed is an Apple Patch Diet scam and what I wrote here is what I found when I researched the product before buying it. I can not promote a scam, whether it is convincing people to buy a fake diet program or telling people to join and sell the fake program. I would not try this product or the Work at Home portion of the Product. I don't see the benefit and I think you will lose your $29.95.

Sell Your Designs, Photos and Images on CafePress

CafePress is a great site if you are imaginative or creative. It gives you the opportunity to display your items and sell them with no up front costs.

It took me about 15 minutes to upload the image I created, and then create my shop. If you are interested my shop address is http://www.cafepress.com/bytemi. I figure this way, you will know that I actually do try the programs and things I list on my blog. Let me know what you think. :D

How it works:

Each product has a Base Price that includes fees associated with selling and producing your product. You simply set your retail price above the Base Price. When you sell an item, CafePress keeps the base price and then they send you the markup.

For example:
Value T-Shirt has a base price of $8.99
You decide to markup the price to $13.99
When you sell one shirt, you generate earnings of $5.00

CafePress sends a commission check for your total markups once per month.

You can sell

Merchandise you design including t-shirts, posters, mugs, bumper stickers and much more;
Books printed on-demand; or
Audio and Data CDs

What CafePress.com will give you a FREE online shop to promote your products, produce each item when ordered, handle all payment transactions including major credit cards, ship your products worldwide, manage all returns/exchanges, offers customer service via toll-free phone and email.

There are No Quick Buck or Get Rich Quick Program

I have been receiving a number of e-mails from people reading my articles and I want to thank each of you for contacting me. I would love to help everyone but I would like to state this so everybody will understand.

There are no "Get Rich Quick" or "Make a Quick Buck" Programs. Please don't e-mail me and ask me how you can make a small investment and make it back immediately and then some so you can take care of your family. I can not provide that information because it does not exist.

If you have question or want more information about a program I am happy to tell you what I know or what I can find. You can e-mail me at bytemi at gmail.com (replace the word at with the @ symbol).

Gomez Peer - Follow Up

I have been using Gomez Peer now for 4 days and I think I have a better understanding of it now. I don't know if you have ever used a program let SETI, but basically Gomez Peer using you Internet access to process the results of their study. The difference between SETI and Gomez Peer is that Gomez Peer pays you for the use of your Internet access. I am still not sure what the pay scale is but I processed 247 packets this weekend and I earned .19 cents. Not enough to retire on, but it is something and I don't have to do anything other than leave my computer on. I have seen no impact on Internet access and if I am surfing, the program shuts down and waits for idol time.

JUST IN: OK in an hour my earnings jumped up to .26 cents and I found the pay scale:

Online Time Payments (per day) $0.00
Processing Time Payments (per min.) $0.0008
Referral Bonus (per Active Referral) $2.00
Min. Monthly Payment $5.00
Max. Earnings per month $45.00

So in my first report I stated that you will get paid to surf the web and that was not a totally accurate statement, you get paid for having a connection to the Internet, after installing the Gomez Peer Client.

If you are interested visit Gomez's program details page for more information and instructions on how to participate in our new incentive program.

Caution Flags on Work at Home Programs Part III

5. Unsolicited offers or offers that arrive by email, that you did not specifically request, should be handled with caution. Legit companies do not do business that way, these are usually always a scam.

6. If a web site that is promising you big earns looks cheap and thrown together, most likely it can not be trusted. Look for obvious indicators, such as obvious spelling errors, poor site layout, or uses free services. If a site has a supportive parent company, the parent company would provide such simple things as a quality site template, newsletter software, or auto responder software. Further, if a company really knew how to make money, they would be making it too, and they would at least have a regular domain name and their own software.

Major spelling or language errors are a dead giveaway that something is probably not right. Everyone makes a mistake sometimes (search my posts, I am sure you will find a couple), but if the parent company is supporting the business, then the website template would not have obvious errors! If someone tells you that you all you have to do is enter your email address and click here to be rolling in the dough, and the above indicators are present on the site, then obviously they are not making money for themselves.

Your PC will join other computers across the Internet to help Gomez provide the most realistic picture of Web performance. And at the same time, you can earn cash for every minute that your PC is on and connected to the Internet! The more you run the Gomez PEER, the more cash you can receive every month.

Register for the Gomez PEER today, and put your PC to work. If you are interested visit Gomez's program details page for more information and instructions on how to participate in our new incentive program.

Caution Flags on Work at Home Programs Part II

3. Contradictions in advertisements. My favorite is in the fine print at the bottom of the screen that says that the average person makes only $X per month, and the amount is under $100 or this quote "*The income testimonials presented are applicable to the individuals depicted and are not a guarantee of your income nor are they typical. And finally I see someone who tells you that this latest product is THE way to go, but when you ask them, they are working five or six different programs, all with only a little result. You see a lot of ads online, and just about every site you visit has someones ad to all sorts of other things, each with a similar product and story. Some people get so excited about these programs that they buy them all and it is sort of like an addition to alcohol or drugs, but very few are successful. This may not be a reason not to joining the programs, but it is a very good reason to be cautious and research everything before investing.

4. Web sites that claim they know the secret to making money online, and then have links to different online programs, including other programs telling you how to make money. If they knew how to make money, they would focus on what worked. If anyone gives you or referrs you to a link for signing up for an online business and they don't tell you exactly what you can expect out of it or what you will be doing.

Caution Flags on Work at Home Programs Part I

There are many things that you can check before investing your hard earned money in work at home programs. Over the next couple of days I will be going over hints that a program may not be all that it claims to be. If you are reading about a program and it just doesn't seem right to you do a lot of research before investing, you are even welcome to leave a comment and ask a question about a program and I will research it and get back to you. No e-mail address is necessary, I will create a post based on your question. :D

OK First two FLAGS to look for before you buy a program:

1. Advertising strategies that conceal the identity of the business or what you will be doing in the business until you pay for their service first. Broad statements like "processing rebates from home, earn $15.00 per item processed" does not tell you how you get the assignment or what you have to do to get an assignment. This just says "dishonesty" to me. Not only that, but it indicates a real problem with the company's own confidence in its product. I mean, if you know system worked, and it is honest, then why wouldn't you want give a small recap of the service you will be providing. I mean don't give away the farm, but at least feed me enough so I know it is honest work. If you run into a business that does not proudly display the name of the company, then most likely, it means that they know that most people who try the business fail at it, and that the business has a negative reputation.

2. Anyone who tells you they can tell you how to make money without doing any work or paying anything (either one - they are not telling you the truth). This one is not something you can live with or change, this is a clear indication of a scam. Common sense should tell you that nobody will pay you for doing nothing. The Internet is full of these get rich quick, don't work things, and none of them make money for anyone but the scammer

Get Paid to Submit Your Photos

There are many stock photography companies that pay you every time your photograph is downloaded or used by a buyer. If you enjoy photography, this is a way you earn extra income without much effort. Most of these companies have a approval process to ensure that your photos meet their guidelines.

Shutterstock - is one of the largest based stock photo agency. Photographers can submit any number of photos. Photos which meet their submission guidelines are approved within 2 to 3 days. Photographers are paid 25c every time a photo is downloaded. The minimum payout is $75.00, but if you close your account before reaching the minimum payout you will lose your balance.

Big stock photo - pays you for submitting photos. The rates per photo are higher than the average service, but submission guidelines are stricter.

Fotolia - get paid a percentage of the photo price depending the photographer rank and whether photos are sold on an exclusive or non-exclusive basis

Istockphoto - Minimum payout is US$100.

Enter Data Online and Earn Money From Home!

Dataentrybusiness.com was one of my first attempts to work at home. I joined because the website advertised as follows:

"Would you like to earn an extra $200 every day?, for just 45 minutes work? You could quit your job and make double the money at home working for yourself. Companies are currently looking for data entry workers worldwide to enter data online. Rates of pay are excellent from $200 a day and up. We have over 8000 current members earning extra money from their own home. This is not some get-rich-quick scheme, and we can guarantee an income of $200 a day or your money back! If you want to earn from home for entering data, please keep reading:"

At the top of the screen it states that they have been rated by Yahoo News, Google News, Fox 5 and CNN! Well in the beginning I had no idea what research was or how to see if what they were claiming was true, so I spent the $49 to buy the program, I mean the price will be going up soon I have to buy it now (the price is still the same as it was two years ago, it is never going up).

Here are the claims of the sites and then the truth. Do not buy this product without know the truth:

1. Select a company from the online catalog - The online catalog that they are referring too, is clickbank or paydotcom. It is not their information.
2. Login to your account to access the data forms - You have to create a Google Adwords or a Yahoo Overture account, which means you have to pay to advertise in order to make a profit.
3. Copy and Paste the data from our members area - They do not tell you what products to select or even give you the data to enter into the forms, you have to figure that out on your own.
4. Submit the form
5. Thats It! You will be paid by check or direct deposit - Clickbank or paydotcom will send you a check, but you have to meet their requirements first. 5 purchases with one MasterCard and at least one Visa and anyone that buys a product you selling using PayPal you don't get credit for.
6.Our members are making substantial incomes working just 30 minutes - 1 hour a day! - OK have over two years of using this product I have spend $150 in advertising and my clickbank account is at $149 and still has not cashed out because I have not met the 5 purchase requirements.

So for $49 I received instructions for things I could have figured out on my own, spent $150 in advertising which I made back by selling products, but I can't extract the money. Don't believe the claims, you will not able to retire using this program.

Instant Money Vault

I am going to leave my section on free opportunities to make money at home and later today I will be posting more companies and opportunities to make money at home at no charge to you, but right now I would like to review a product that I have been using for a couple of months now called Instant Money Vault.

With Instant Money Vault, you get a package that contain a free website that is preloaded with hundreds of products. If one of these products sell you will receive up to 75% commission. However, if you think your going to make money instantly and make $1000 each week then this site is not for you. I easily earn between $50 and $100 per day but I had to put in time and effort to achieve that goal, so if you want to earn a little extra money using your computer then this site is a good place to start.

Instant Money Vault is very easy to use for beginners, the site is set up straight away with help and advice on hand at all times. The biggest problem facing new comers to Internet marketing is not knowing how to build a site or how to select products. Instant Money Vault takes care of this for you. I think it is a good place to start. :D
