totalitsolutions.ws

We are back to my step-mother. She received the following e-mail after applying to a job on indeed.com and asked me to check it out. What I found after reviewing the information attached is you have to sign an an agreement to allow them to automatically pull a bank draft against your checking account or paypal account for $10 a month. I have two thoughts on this:

1. You should never pay to work, you should be paid to work.
2. If there is a $10 a month service fees for them hooking you up with jobs, why not take the $10 out of your paychecks why do you have to authorize them to take money out of your account.

For these reason I am not going any further. I told her not to trust the company and bail while she could. Something about the e-mail and the attached have lit my instincts and they are saying run the other way.

Express Paid Surveys - Get Paid for you Opinion?

A friend of mine at work asked me if I would look into Express Paid Surveys and do a review. He was interesting in investing the $34 but wanted my approval before going forward.

Unfortunately, the bad new is that Express Paid Surveys is just another "Paid Survey Database".

Please don't waste your money with ANY "get paid to fill out surveys" opportunities. You should never have to pay anything to participate in any kind of survey. Whether it be for access to the survey database or for the survey itself.

There are several places online where you can access all the surveys you could ever want to take for free. The problem with these databases is you sign up for the survey sites they recommend. Then you start receiving e-mails. I actually receive about 75 survey e-mail a day. The problem is that I am lucky if I qualify for the survey and if you don't qualify for the survey your don't get paid.

So, I paid $34 for a list of sites to join. My inbox is now full everyday and it takes me about an hour to get through all the messages and I never get paid because I do not fit their demographic criteria.

I have posted a number of times about Survey sites that are free to join and you will get paid if you qualify. But I do not make a living filling our surveys online. Extra money yes, a living now?

New EMail Scam Alter

Source: http://www.consumeraffairs.com/news04/2009/10/fdic_scam.html

Scam Characteristics: The FDIC is an independent government organization that helps maintain stability in the banking system by regulating thousands of banks around the nation. They also aid consumer confidence by insuring deposits made at FDIC-backed banks and proving access to funds in case a bank fails.

Recent activity suggests that criminals are taking advantage of tough economic times and preying on individuals who have their money with an FDIC-insured institution. Thieves are sending emails with one of the follow subject lines:

•"Check Your Bank Deposit Insurance Coverage"
•"You Need to Check your Bank Deposit Insurance Coverage"

The message tells recipients that they are receiving this email because they have an FDIC-insured bank account and the FDIC has officially named their bank as a failed bank, and is taking control of its assets. The email also contains a link to a fraudulent website where recipients can review their Deposit Insurance Coverage by downloading a "Personal FDIC Insurance File."
Anyone that clicks this link is really downloading a virus designed to collect personal or confidential information, some of which may be used to gain unauthorized access to online banking services or aid in identity theft.

Steps you can take to help avoid becoming a victim of this scam:

•The FDIC does not issue unsolicited emails to consumers. If you receive a suspicious email from the FDIC, delete it.
• Never click on links if you are unsure of who sent it.
•Do not follow links from email or enter personal or confidential information- always access important websites directly by typing the website address in your address bar.
•Never download a file contained in an email from an unknown address- especially if the file name ends in ".exe".

Gomez Peer

I found this program about a year ago and I have to say that I am making a steady $10 a month using the program. OK $10 a month, no big deal, that is what you are thinking, but here is the thing, I installed the Gomez Peer Client on your computer and I do nothing else. So I get paid $10 a month for doing nothing.

The Gomez PEER is a secure application that runs in the background of your system, and uses your PC's spare capacity to measure the performance of Web sites. Your PC will join other computers across the Internet to help Gomez provide the most realistic picture of Web performance. And at the same time, you can earn cash for every minute that your PC is on and connected to the Internet! The more you run the Gomez PEER, the more cash you can receive every month.

Register for the Gomez PEER today, and put your PC to work. If you are interested visit Gomez's program details page for more information and instructions on how to participate in our new incentive program.

Rebate Process at Home Reminder

One of my very first articles on this blog was about rebate processing and that was two years ago. I have been seeing an increase in the number of e-mails that I am receiving about rebate processing so I thought a reminder post would help people who are interested in this type of work at home:

It sounds like a great deal doesn't it, you can process rebates at home and earn $15.00 for each one that you complete. I thought it sounded good. I searched the Internet, I didn't see anything negative and I invested! Then I found out what rebate processing really means.

Rebate processing is Affiliate work. Companies like virtual-training-solutions.com, RebateProcessorJobs.com and rebateproccessingjob.com, are not hiring you to work for them and then paying you by the piece. Which is what I though when I first read their websites (by the way all three companies owned by the same person).

Let me save you the $39 - $89 it takes to join these programs. Sign up for a Clickbank account, find a product that you want to sell. Place an ad to sell the product and in that ad, state that you will give them a rebate of $8.00 just for purchasing the product. Now you will receive $23.00 for selling the product, you return $8.00 to the original purchaser and you keep $15. You just received $15.00 for processing a rebate!

There do you feel that information is worth $39? I don’t, I felt and still feel that I was mislead and scammed. Can the system work, yeah it is a good idea, I understand where they were trying to go with it and if they had described it just as I described it to you and not lied to me, I would have felt better about the whole thing. Their members web site is pretty good, it will give you a list of site to post free ads to sell your item and sample ads, the information is there, but they lied to get me there and that was frustrating and upsetting and honestly other than writing this blog I have done nothing with my account.

Work at Home Alerts

I personally believe that the internet has opened a door for stay at home Moms who what to work out of their home or people that no longer want to fight traffic to go into the office. However, when this door opened for the honest hard working people, another door opened for the con artist.

It is important that you research any potential work at home job or business opportunity before jumping in with both feet. Is the company on file with the Better Business Bureau? Have you Googled the company name to see what other people are saying about the company?

These are all important questions to ask before investing money into a work at home opportunity. But what if you can’t find anything at the Better Business Bureau or when you Google the company name. Then what?

I have been looking for real honest work at home opportunities for over 5 years now and these are top five signs of scams that I have learned over the years:

First: Do they promise you huge income for no or little work? If the answer is yes, avoid this opportunity. If it sounds too good to be true, it most likely is. Nothing is live is free and there is not get rich quick program out there.

Second: Do they offer you training and tell you no experience is necessary, but offer you a high hourly rate? If so, walk away. A reputable company with pay you based on experience not your willingness to go through training.

Third: Is the company willing to answer your questions? What is the company name? What is the business all about? What product will you be working with? If the company refuses to answer these questions before you invest in the work at home opportunity, walk away. They should be proud of who they are and what they do.

Fourth: If the company offers to send you the program for FREE all you have to do is pay for shipping and handling. Make sure you read the terms and conditions before sending them the $3.99 or $7.99 for shipping and handling. What you are going to find is that you are entering into a contract that will requirement a monthly membership fee that will be charged to your credit card 7 to 14 days after you order the product.

Fifth: OK, we have all seen this last one. The company claims that their product is in high demand and that they can provide you with leads to help you make sales. 9 times out of 10, the leads will not get your anywhere and the product is not as popular as the company claimed.

I believe that there really is a way to find real honest work at home opportunities or a home business, just keep your eyes open and don’t invest without researching first.

New Telephone Scam

Type: Jury Duty Vishing Scam
Method of Delivery: Phone call from an alleged court officer

Primary Region Effected: Reports from 11 states, including: Florida, New York, Minnesota, Illinois, Colorado, Oregon, California, Virginia, Oklahoma, Arizona, and New Hampshire; may spread nationally

Source: Federal Bureau of Investigation (http://www.fbi.gov/)

Scam Characteristics:

A caller identifies him/herself as an officer of the court and notifies the victim that a warrant has been issued for their arrest for a failure to report for jury duty. If the victim protests they have never received a summons for jury duty, the scammer asks for a Social Security number and date of birth to verify the victim's identity and cancel the arrest warrant. This fraud is spreading quickly and has been reported in 11 states so far.

Recommended Precautions:

Be Suspicious

These vishing scams (a combination of the words "voice" and "phishing") are designed to get you to provide criminals with your personal and financial information. Most organizations will not ask you to provide your sensitive information during an unsolicited phone call, so any caller that does should immediately send up a red flag.

Never Provide Your Sensitive Information to Unsolicited Callers

Sensitive information includes your Social Security number, your credit card or debit card numbers, your birth date or birthplace, your vehicle registration plate number, and any other information you wish to keep private.

Contact the Court in Question

To determine the legitimacy of the call, contact the court in question at a number that can be found in the phone book, on a phone directory website, or by calling directory assistance.

Sensitive information includes your Social Security number, your credit card or debit card numbers, your birth date or birthplace, your vehicle registration plate number, and any other information you wish to keep private.

Work at Home with Q Trust Inc???

I received an e-mail from my Step Mother last night asking me to research Q Trust Inc. They offered her a work at home job paying $45 an hour to be a quality assurance operator. She wanted me to research it before she got involved. Here is what I found:

Domain Registration Date Tue Sept 29 22:21:17 GMT 2009 (this is not a good sign)

It looks like another reshipping scam. the victim will provide the scammer enough information to open a purchase account at some business. They then pay with stolen funds or stolen credit card, for perhaps a laptop, and the laptop will be shipped to you.

You think you are suppose to test it and then send it along to the customer. Now the police try to track down who is stealing laptops and you are the only only one that can be found.

Here is how I figured this out (I feel like Monk). There is an identical company out there called Q Trust Inc. The company is called Express Trust Inc. The two web sites are identical the only thing that has changed is the title. Express Trust Inc is reshipping scam according to the BBB. Therefore, I have to conclude that Q Trust Inc is also.

Project Payday - $22.50 (received the check yesterday)

Make Money w/ Postcard Profits?

My story always starts the same and I am sorry, but this is how I judge what you are looking for.

So I received an e-mails stating that I could make $20,000 a month with postcards! So I checked it out. There was a $4.00 fee for shipping and handling which was worth a 30 day trial of the program. $4.00 is not that bad why not give it try. Here is a copy of the confirmation e-mail that I received.

From: Luke (The Postcard Guy)
Date: Mon, Jun 29, 2009 at 9:51 PM
Subject: Your Postcard Profits Order - Welcome!

Hello WAHJ123,

Congratulations on ordering your free trial of Postcard Profits.

I think you're gonna be very happy you did. Make sure to add my email address to your contact list so you get all the updates.

Your confirmation number is: (confidential)

You should receive your order in 7-10 days.

Thanks again!
Luke Jaten (The Postcard Guy)
P.S. I can't wait to hear your Postcard Profits success story.

Please check the date on his e-mail. I still to this day have not received anything. I am fighting with my bank of the $59.95 monthly charges on my credit card.

I tried to cancel during the 30-day trial, but there was NO contact info ANYWHERE to be found. To make the task more difficult the email address used in the advertising (and in the confirmation emails "Luke@PostcardProfits.com ") is a NON-WORKING email address.

When I finally found their support email address, it did not work either. I think that Luke purposefully makes it virtually impossible to cancel. It doesn't matter whether the course is "good" or not, if it is impossible to cancel.

I would stay as far away from this program as possible.

Earn Money with Copy N Profit - Final Review

For those of you that have not been following my Copy N Profit articles here are links to my previous posts:

http://www.wahjs123.com/2009/08/click-n-profit-initial-review.html

http://www.wahjs123.com/2009/08/copy-n-profit-helping-people-earn-money.html

http://www.wahjs123.com/2009/09/copy-n-profit-earn-money-on-internet.html

As you can see, I started out quit optimistic about this program. I did everything I told to do and yet 1 month later, only one sale, here is my proof:

I tried multiple products but with no success. The idea of copying what is working for the writer of this program is great, if it worked. The biggest problem I ran into was Google did not accept my keywords and would not run my ads. If Google wouldn't run my ads how was I suppose to make a sale.

I continued running Google ads but went against the advise of Copy N Profit and also advertised on Overture (Yahoo Paid Per Click) just so I could get traffic to my affiliate links. But still not success.

Then I tried the article marketing and the classified ads suggested and I got hits, but no sales. All in all, I have to say this program does not work.

As you know I contacted Customer Support a number of times, but the answer never changed, give it time it will work. Well I have it over a month and it did not work.

Get Paid to Type with Quicktate

Quicktate is a revolutionary new service which transcribes your voice mails and personal notes into simple text and delivers them to you via e-mail, text message or an iPhone compatible web widget.

So what does this mean for person trying to work at home? Everything.

You can work at home transcribing these messages and delivering them to the appropriate source. It is free to join.

Here is the letter I received from them when I joined.

Dear Prospective Quicktate Typist,

Quicktate Transcription Job Opportunity

Thank you for your interest in typing for www.iDictate.com and www.Quicktate.com.

Who we are:

We transcribe voicemail messages, memos, letters and other documents. The voicemail message files average 1-2 minutes in length, while the other recordings are typically longer.

What we require:

1. Accurate spelling and punctuation.
2. Typists that know how to follow instructions.
3. Typists that can listen to voice files and accurately type what they hear.
4. Speed. You don't have to be the fastest typist, but you can't be too slow either.
5. Honesty, integrity and reliability.

You can select your own hours that you want to work. You can work as few, or as many hours as you want. During the (US) nights there are fewer files to transcribe, but they still must be transcribed in a timely fashion. If possible, please stay logged in whenever you are at your computer and available to type - even if for just a few minutes at a time- day or night. We are busier during the day. We are open for business 24 hours/ day; 7 days/ week.

Our goal is for the customers to get their transcribed voicemail messages (and other files) almost immediately after we receive the voice file, so that's why we need you to stay logged in as much as possible. In some cases there are deadlines.

If you have another job, or are already an iDictate typist, this would be great "filler" work. You can keep Quicktate open in the background, and when there is a job to be typed, it will just start playing on your speakers. Just type the message, proof your work and click submit. Quicktate files frequently arrive in spikes, and when there's a surge, iDictate files should be put on hold while everyone pays attention to Quicktate.

In order to type for iDictate, you must already have a Quicktate typist account. Even if you don't do much Quicktate typing, we'll still need as many typists logged in to Quicktate as possible. We will review your Quicktate transcriptions to determine your qualifications to type for iDictate. The more Quicktate messages already typed, the easier it will be for us to evaluate your typing skills and assign iDictate jobs (files) to you.

Compensation Summary

Quicktate typists are paid based on the number of words they type, at the rate of 1/4 (one-fourth) US cent per word. So, if you typed 50 words per minute (assuming there were enough jobs to keep you typing for the entire hour), then you would probably earn about $5.00-$7.00 per hour.

Note that Quicktate compensation is not the same as iDictate. While Quicktate pays a quarter cent per word, iDictate pays one-half cent per word. In all cases, accuracy, spelling, punctuation and formatting is important. Do your best.

Again, iDictate Compensation is one-half cent per word. ($0.005/ word)
Quicktate Compensation is one-quarter cent per word. ($0.0025/ word)

Typists are paid by Paypal. The pay periods are: 1st-15th and 16th-end of the month. Typists are paid within 10 days of the end of each pay period.

How to get started to determine if you qualify for the job:

The following must be done in order.

1. Send an e-mail to support@Quicktate.com and tell us a little bit about yourself and tell us that you would like to apply for a job. You may or may not receive a response to this e-mail. Your resume should be pasted into the e-mail, and not be sent as an attachment.

2. Create your typist account. http://typists.Quicktate.com/transcribers/signup (if you have already set up your typist account, please proceed to the next step)
When you create your typist account, you are agreeing to abide by our strict confidentiality requirements and code of ethics. You will also be providing us with references. You should use NON-family members as your references.

3. Then, carefully review and study the Typist Guidelines (twice):
http://iDictate.com/qtguidelines.pdf

4. Next, create a Yahoo Messenger account in the following format:
a. If you are in the US, your Yahoo name must start with your time zone, then your name. For example: EST_bill_smith.
b. If you are outside the US, insert your country name instead of time zone. For example, (if you lived in India): IND_bill_smith.

NOTE: Do not contact us on Yahoo Messenger until you have been hired.

5. Then, go to http://tinyurl.com/Quicktate06 and answer each question, and fill out the form completely. This form should not be filled out until after you have created your typist account and your new Yahoo Messenger account. Click on the voice files (in your language) and type them in the space provided. Time yourself. Then enter how long it took, and be honest! Make sure you follow the instructions from the Guidelines. You must use Firefox or Safari browser. Opera may work too.

6. If we like the quality of your work, and your ability to follow instructions you will receive a notice that you have been waitlisted or hired.

7. If we do not like the quality of your work, or you did not follow directions, or your references don't check out, or you have been previously convicted, your application will be rejected.

8. You will be notified when you are hired. Make sure save your typist account username and password.

9. Once you have been hired, add the following contacts to Yahoo Messenger: iDictate3, and iDictate, iDictate5, iDictate6, iDictate7, and iDictate8. Your first point of contact will be iDictate3. Again, do NOT add Yahoo Messenger contacts until you are hired.

10. Set up a Paypal account at www.paypal.com. Log in at http://typists.quicktate.com/ and enter our Paypal e-mail address. This must be entered in order to be paid. Edit your profile and make sure every field is filled in, including all name fields. If your first name is two words (i.e. Mary Beth), connect them with a hyphen or an underscore (Mary_Beth).

11. Be sure to keep Yahoo Messenger open at all times while you are working. You can work any hours you want, however we are busiest during the (US) day. We suggest you stay logged in to Quicktate whenever you are at your computer.

12. When you want to work, you will log in to http://typists.Quicktate.com. Make sure you follow the instructions from the Guidelines and on the screen (regarding # of words to type, what to do if the voice is in a different different language, etc.).

13. If you live in the US, you must click and print Form W-9 http://idictate.com/w9.pdf.

Fill it out and sign it, and then mail it to
iDictate
3053 Fillmore 242,
Finance Dept.,
San Francisco, CA 94123.

This must be completed by one week of being hired. We will need it before you are paid.
Good luck!

Boat
General

Do you consider yourself an expert in any of those areas? If so, you can apply now to earn money for all of your answers that are accepted!

Once you have more than $20 in your account, just request payment and the money is sent to your Pay Pal account on the fourth business day of the month.

How many questions can you answer a day?

More information on Dungeons and Treasures

I has come to my attention that I have not provided enough information about Dungeons and Treasures and people are confused about how you earn money playing a game online. So here are the answers to the questions I am getting:

What do I do first after joining?

The first thing you should do is read the first step page, it explains everything about starting your adventure.

When does the game start and end?

Each adventure lasts one month. There is a meter at the top of each page that tells you how much longer the adventure is going to last.

How do I win real money on Dungeons and Treasures?

The site has several ways to win money : dungeons, contests, bonus games, temple, sponsoring, weapon sale, chests to open.

If you are interested in earning money playing games I would recommend this site. To learn more or to join click here.

Get Paid to Play a Game Online

This is a screen shot of my account!

I have been playing Dungeons & Treasures now for about two weeks. Unfortunately, I came in with only a week left in August and I only won .70 cents for the month. September however is going much better. I won a tournament which gave me star points which can used to by more game time, jackpot chances and more chances to win gold.

Dungeons & Treasures is the only real site I have ever found that allows you to earn money for playing a video game online. If you like playing video games or just want a fun way to earn a little bit of extra money, this is the site for you.

Copy N Profit Earn Money on the Internet Review

So I am on day 18 of my experiment with Copy N Profit.

Even though I started out quite optimistic about Copy N Profit, that optimism is beginning to fade. On day 18 now and I still only have the one sale. I am getting a lot of clicks and a lot of impressions on my ads, but I am just not getting sales.

I sent another e-mail to their support team and once again they responded rather quickly, unfortunately it said the same thing the last one said. Be patient and the sales will come. I just don't think that is true. I allowed myself $100 for advertising for testing this system and I have already spend $80 of it for only one sale of $26.

I started the article marketing this weekend, which is free and I will let everyone know how it turns it.

So the big question, is Copy N Profit a program where you can earn a stable income from home. I am starting to have my doubts, but I am not done testing the program yet. I will post further updates as I have them.

Michanical Turk - Earn Money From Home

I use Mechanical Turk's to earn extra money.

Basically companies need you to complete tasks that their computers can not complete and they pay you for completing these tasking. Everything is done 100% online and it is FREE to join. You do not have to spend a dime to start working on Mechanical Turk's and the web site is run by Amazon, so you know you will get paid.

HIT stands for Human Intelligence Task. These are tasks that people are willing to pay you to complete.

For example a HIT might ask:

"Is there a pizza parlour in this photograph?"

A computer can not answer that question but a human can. Typically these tasks are extraordinarily difficult for computers, but simple for humans to answer. Each task is explained in full before you accept it.

Then someone reviews your work and your account is credited. You can either have them send you a check, make a direct deposit or add the money to your Amazon account. Give it try and happy earning! Click Here

Dungeons & Treasures - Get Paid to Play a Game

Dungeons & Treasures and is an online D&D game that pays you to play their game. Basically you explorer Dungeons, fight monsters and collect gold. At the end of the month your gold is converted into cash. There is a $10 minimum payout.

I have been playing at Dungeons & Treasures for about two weeks now. Each night before I go to bed, I explorer my 1 Dungeon of the day and collect gold. There is also a Treasure Hunt Bonus that is available to me every day. I think my favorite is the Chest Room which you get to play by collecting keys in the dungeon or finding a key during the treasure hunt. They also have monthly contest which can help you truly rack in the gold. I actually find the game to be a lot of fun and I am earning money too. What could be better.

I will find out what the conversion rate for August is some time next week and I will post more information about the program at the time.

If you are interested in earning money playing games I would recommend this site. To learn more or to join click here.

Earn Money with Twitter - Its Free

You can earn money with twitter by using a web site called Magpie. Basically you signed up for Twitter. Then you go to be-a-magpie.com and open an account don't worry it is free. Make sure you give them a valid e-mail address and home or business address. Then set how often you would like Magpie to use your Twitter account.

Basically it is like AdSense for your Twitter account. Advertisers will pay you to allow them to display messages on your Twitter account. I have mine setup so every 4th post, an advertise will post a message on my Twitter account. Payment is determined by how many followers you have and how often you post.

So I guess my post earlier this month about whether you can make money with Twitter has been answered.

Copy N Profit Helping People Earn Money on the Internet

So I am on day 6 of my experiment with Copy N Profit. I have to tell you, I was starting to wonder about the validity of the program.

Starting on Friday Google just stopped displaying my ads. If your ads are not displayed you don't make money. Google kept on telling me that my ads were a 1/10 and not relevant to the page content. This was very confusing to me since I copied the ads directly from the Copy N Profit program and they are suppose to work wonders. Saturday was the same thing. When I contact technical support this is what I was told:

"Hello Adele,

If you are not getting any impressions, please be patient, you are in line with other advertisers and you have to wait your turn. If you want, you can do a landing page and then you won’t have to wait. Also, make sure you have funded your google account and that all of your campaigns are active!"

So I went in and checked to make sure that I had set everything up correctly. To my surprise I had not. I made the changes and then on Sunday, the click started to come through again. I actually maxed out my $5.00 a day limit and made another sale. We will see how today goes.

Again my testing is not over, but if something like this happens to you using the program, I wanted to say don't get discouraged it is apparently normal. Hopefully, I will make more sales today. I will keep everyone informed of my progress.

Copy N Profit - Initial Review

As many of you know I hate affiliate marketing programs. As a general rule you pay anywhere from $29.99 to $129.00 to gain access to the site that tells you to first go to clickbank and open an account, now go to Google or Yahoo and open an account, now pick a product and start advertising. This does not work for the average person. What product do you pick, what are the keywords, what do all those numbers mean. So when I received an email the other day asking me to research and investigate Copy N Profit I had the dreaded feeling again.

So I took my usual steps, first lets Google Copy N Profit and see what everyone else has to say about. To my surprise and amazement there was nothing bad about Copy N Profit. I am sure if you search long enough you will be able to find something bad about them, but I am pretty good at these searches and there was nothing! OK I am surprised.

Step two, I e-mailed their customer service department and asked a question. I have to tell you the truth, I rarely get a response when I do this. I was surprised again. Within an hour of e-mail their customer service department I had a response. Now my curiosity has been peeked, I purchased the program.

I have been working with the program for two days. I can not tell you whether it works because two days is not long enough to be able to make that judgment.

Have I made a sale, I guess that is the important question and the answer is yes, 1 for $26 which required that I spend $1.72 on PPC (Pay Per Click). You will not able to just copy and paste and walk away. There is tweaking involved but the videos explain what to look for and how to adjust.

As I said earlier, most programs give you no training or instructions. I was pleasantly surprised by Copy N Profit, they have a huge instructional video library that can explains affiliate marketing in a way that anyone can understand the concept and process.

To test this I played the first video for my 5 year old daughter. Then afterwards I asked her “what is mommy trying to do?” She got a serious look on her face and said “You are selling something that someone made and then they give you money”. In a nutshell yes that is a true statement.

I have also contact their customer support team twice since purchasing the program, not trying to be a pain, but I had questions and felt that I was doing something wrong. Each time they got back to me within 30 minutes (please note this was during the day, I am pretty sure you will not get that type of response at night). Very impressive.

One of the best things about the program is that it doesn’t just offer you PPC as an option of marketing the product that you choose. They also cover classified posting and article marketing which are both free ways of getting your link out there. So you don’t have to spend more money, although these methods take longer which is why I choose to do the PPC so I could report back to my readers quicker.

My testing is not over, I will continue using the program for the next two weeks (probably longer since it is working) and report back my findings. I actually called my husband last night and told him I think I finally found a real program that will allow me to earn money from the internet.

If you are interested in trying the program yourself click here.

Easy Home Businesses You Can Start

When thinking about working at home or starting a home business the first thing that comes to everyone's mind is working on the Internet. I would like to talk today about other options.

Working at home offline.

There are many options and the jobs still give you the flexibility of being your own boss and earning an income. These are the ideas that I have found to work at home.

Tutor/Private Instructor

Do you play a musical instrument? Are you expert at math, English, a foreign language, writing, accounting, yoga, meditation? Any area of expertise that you possess can be shared with others for a fee, and usually a half hour session is sufficient. Would you rather teach four or five half hour sessions at $25 each (that's two and a half hours of work) or spend fourteen hours taking phone center calls in your home? If you are good at it, you love it. Turn that love into profit.

Professional Organizer

Organization skills are a talent that a lot of people are lacking. You can make very good money by taking a look at messy closets or kitchens of people and redoing them so they look nice and are easy to maintain. If have an OCD kind of personality and if you thrives on making order out of chaos, this could be your thing. To get started I would go to a site like Vista Print where you can get 250 free business cards and start posting them at the grocery store or other common areas and see if you get interest, you would be amazed by what people will pay for.

Local Travel Guide

Do you live in a tourist city? Do you enjoy hunting, fishing or hiking? If so, you have a special skills and you can rent yourself out as a guide and do what you love at the same time. Walking tours are popular in historic areas, and you don't need anything but initiative to get started hosting them.

Pet Sitting/Dog Walker

If you love animals, this job can be a lot of fun for you. Post an ad in the paper and see what kind of interest you get. As a pet lover and someone that works long hours, I am very grateful to anyone that can help keep my best friends fed, walked and happy.

Personal Chef

If you love to cook, you might well have a future as a personal chef. Because a personal chef generally cooks in the client's kitchen, you don't have to worry about whether your own kitchen meets local standards for hygiene and safety. Many personal chefs spend an afternoon cooking for the entire week, then freeze and label the meals, that way you don't have to work at one client site for an entire week.

Tech Writer

Lots of technical writing is outsourced. If you are the sort of person who can describe in plain English how to do things or assemble things or understand and use software, you can pick up technical writing work at www.elance.com or www.guru.com.

Event Planner

Planning weddings, graduations, anniversaries, corporate celebrations, and community events requires an aptitude for organization, detail, and thinking on your feet. If you have these skills consider an event planner business. Once you are able to successfully plan a few major events, word or mouth will get you a steady stream of clients.

Concierge/Personal

There is not enough time in the day. Ask anyone they will agree. Why not rent yourself out to take care of those tasks that professionals, couples and families don't have the time for. Typical you will be asked to make travel arrangements, party arrangements, picking up laundry, go shopping or even just run to the post office. Finding a few really good clients can keep you in work indefinitely.

Just Starting Out with Work at Home

The Most Popular Home Jobs are:

1. Running a home-based business (these would be programs that you have to purchase)
2. Computer work
3. Data entry
4. Word processing
5. Telephone research/sales
6. Customer services
7. Proof reader
8. Market research

If you are going to work from home you need good a reliable mobile, land line, fax, email and instant messaging program. That way if any one of these services fail you can still communicate. Technology has made working from home a much more realistic option for many people. If you’re self-employed or starting your own business, working from home is also a good way of reducing your overheads.

It becomes more difficult if you are trying to break into the work from home job market as people tend to guard their positions fiercely once they have them. There are always plenty of advertisements, both on and off the Internet, for people to work from home but the majority of these are scams.

Generally, if the company you are applying to requests money (and you are applying as a employee and not business owner) beware!

Here are the Top Three Homeworking Scams to Avoid

1. You send off your registration fee to receive details about earning a good income from homeworking. In return you receive a letter instructing you to put an advert in your local shop or paper, asking people to send you a registration fee!

A similar online version of this are e-books which promise to reveal the secret of 'how to get rich quick' - the 'secret' then turns out to be instructions on how to resell copies of the e-book you've purchased!

2. You answer an advertisement for a position, such as a freelance proofreader. With the application is a piece of text for you to correct any mistakes. On submitting you will be then be sent an Information Pack, which you are charged for and then you find out the information is ready available on the Internet for free.

3. You apply for a position doing simple assembly work at home, such as: greeting cards, toys or crafts, and are asked to pay up-front for materials. The materials will be worth much less than you've paid, and often the assembly work you complete will be rejected and returned to you as 'sub-standard' and of course you will receive no payments.

There are, plenty of valid jobs you can do from home, you just need to be careful when first starting out. Working from home can bring huge benefits, allowing you to balance your family and work time, work more productively and reduce day to day stresses.

Internet Marketing Conference from Stores Online.com

So I receive 2 free tickets in the mail last month for a Conference on Internet Marketing. Since I have been running this blog for 3 years now, I thought this would be a great opportunity for me see if I am doing something wrong, so I called and registered.

The package that I received said the conference would cover Internet Marketing and getting top ranks on Google, Yahoo and Bing. OK I am interested, plus I get a free lunch and an MP3 Player, I am in, lets do it!

The conference was last Wednesday. I showed up about 30 minutes early as they requested. I was personally greeted by someone that I would consider having an overbearing personality. Then I went in and had a seat.

After the room was full, the same man stepped up to the front of the stage and said "If the only reason you are here is for the free MP3 Player go to the back of the room and get it and leave, I don't want you here wasting my time". I have to tell you the truth I was half tempted to stand up and leave, I was not getting the warm and fuzzy from this person.

Of course nobody budged. Then he held up a $10 bill and said "Who wants this $10's" everyone just sat around staring at each other but again nobody moved. Then he went off about how you should always take any opportunity that you have to make money even if it is taking money from a stranger.

He then explained what Stores Online does and how there was 3 day Internet Marketing Seminar that would begin this weekend and if I registered and paid for it today, it would only cost $59 instead of the $200 he would normally charge. This continued for about 2 hours. Just things that I would consider to be stupid antics to get peoples attention.

So now I have been sitting there for 2 hours, I am starving because we were suppose to be feed lunch and had not yet and he handed out a survey form and read each line and explained to me what to write "Where is says name, write you name now!", "Where it says email address, write your e-mail address now!" and on and on.

The entire conference was a sales pitch, they did not give any useful information, they didn't even explain what Internet marketing is. The entire thing was a waste of my time and I never got lunch or the MP3 player because I ended up just leaving after the "Where it says ...., Write....". It put me over the top, I couldn't stay any longer.

So if you have received an invitation to the free conference from Stores Online, just be aware of what you are walking into before you get there.

5 Ways to Advertise My Website For Free Using the Internet

5 Ways to Advertise My Website For Free Using the Internet By Mike Booker

Seriously, you have a website that you just created and now you need traffic. There are many ways to get people coming to your site for free. Here are a few of my favorite methods.

Write Articles

I personally think that this is a very slow way to generate traffic upfront, but in the long run it becomes very valuable. As time goes by, search engines rank your articles higher and higher and this is why you see people coming later in time. Writing articles is perhaps the easiest way to advertise your site. Just commit yourself to writing one article every day.

Create Videos

Video is something that can bring those lazy people to your site. These people are usually too lazy to read something and rather watch it. All you need to do is make a video explaining what your site is all about. Just don't forget to provide them with a link. Try sites like Youtube, Daily Motion, Metacafe, and Veoh.

Join communities

Communities allow you to build a relationship with people. Once you have a relationship established people will trust your website and become loyal followers. All you have to do is interact with people who are interested in your site's subject and then recommend them to it. Some online communities include Digg, Yahoo Answers, and specific forums.

Repeating Traffic - Emails

All these other methods have something that only email can provide, and that is getting the same people to visit your website. When you promote with articles, the person will probably only see your site once, that's it. With emails you can have people returning every single time. All you have to do is send emails once in a while reminding people that your website still exists. You could send an email out every time you update your content, have a special promotion, etc. You will be surprised how many people respond.

Viral eBooks

This is a very unique method. All you have to do is write a short report or book that provides people with valuable information. Then include links back to your website in the eBook. I recommend writing at least 10 pages. The twist to this is to allow others to hand out your eBook to their friends and customers. Many people will take you up on the offer and your eBook will spread like a virus. This is why the term viral is used. You can even submit your book to eBook directories. Use these methods right now...

On average, people are making $50,000 a year. That is nothing compared to what you could be making if you just follow me.

Get Paid for your Designs with CafePress

CafePress is a great site if you are imaginative or creative.

It gives you the opportunity to display your items and sell them with no up front costs. It took me about 15 minutes to upload the image I created, and then create my shop. If you are interested my shop address is http://www.cafepress.com/bytemi.

I figure this way, you will know that I actually do try the programs and things I list on my blog. Let me know what you think. :D

How it works:

Each product has a Base Price that includes fees associated with selling and producing your product. You simply set your retail price above the Base Price. When you sell an item, CafePress keeps the base price and then they send you the markup.

For example: Value T-Shirt has a base price of $8.99 You decide to markup the price to $13.99 When you sell one shirt, you generate earnings of $5.00 CafePress sends a commission check for your total markups once per month.

You can sell Merchandise you design including t-shirts, posters, mugs, bumper stickers and much more; Books printed on-demand; or Audio and Data CDs

CafePress.com will give you a FREE online shop to promote your products, produce each item when ordered, handle all payment transactions including major credit cards, ship your products worldwide, manage all returns/exchanges, offers customer service via toll-free phone and email.

A Message from my Step-Mother on TransAm

Hi Everybody!

After reading the posting that Adele had put on her blog yesterday to all of us, I really was inclined to write this follow-up message to all of you out there in search of the opportunity to work from home.

I only wish that I had let Adele know before I had signed up with and purchased software from TransAm who I was going with for transcription. It was after doing all of this that Adele even realized the company that I was dealing with. There has been much discrepancy in their “so-called training program,” but we had already invested the non-refundable money and chose to continue giving it a try.

I am conceding with these people, but not on my quest to work from home. If you read Adele's blog a couple of weeks ago, you would have seen that I am now working with Ver-A-Fast, a customer service company. I really am very impressed with the support that they give their staff. As I said then, it will not pay the mortgage nor is it what I consider to be a career but, it is a legitimate company that is offering legitimate opportunities to earn a part-time income working from home.

Neither have I given up on pursuing my goal to work from home as a transcriptionist because there are legitimate companies offering opportunities to do so. One just has to be very, very careful and be thorough in making sure that they are a legitimate company. Go for it, just be careful and good luck to all of you.

Good Luck and Don't Give Up!

TransAm Transcription from Home

My step mother has been working with TransAm for about 4 months now trying to pass their tests using their training program and she has failed repeatedly. Yes, this is the same step-mother that wrote an article for this blog about Vera-Fast and how she found that job. After the 3rd failed test I started wondering if she was really failing or if it was them. She paid about $400 for equipment and training and so far has not made anything back. I tried to warn her after her last test that she should just stop, she is not going to pass. Today she failed another test so I did some research, as I am getting really good at that. All of the home transcription sites say the same thing about TransAm, "Stay Away" they are just trying to steal your money.

TransAm will do no more than rip you off money by making you buy their MT software and never putting you into a real work situation. The only thing they care about is your MONEY from your purchase of their equipment(total of $490).

This is obviously a SCAM. They want the money upfront and they offer NO refunds for any circumstances. They make their program especially attractive by offering live chats with representatives who answer your questions online. Their tests are unpassable, you will never pass, they do it that way on purpose in hopes that you will just give up and walk away.

If you are interesting in transcription work from home check out http://www.transcriptionessentials.com/, they are a service that helps freelance transcriptionist find work and earn a living from home.

Virtual Vocations - Work at Home Service

I received an e-mail asking me to check out Virtual Vocations from a friend of mine. So I started my usual research and did not find anything bad about the site other than the fact that they just post things found on craigslist. Why pay a membership fee if the information is already available on craigslist?

If you are looking for a service to help you find work at home, I would suggest that you check out one of these two sites:

http://www.flexjobs.com/ - it's cheaper and includes quality, non-scam job listings, some of which are listed exclusively on Flex Jobs.

or

FreelancePulse.com - you will be able to find all the work at home jobs posted at Virtual Vocations but you can try it for 95 cents for one days access. There is no huge investment to make sure that it will work for you. They post 100 top paying work at home jobs each month. The only think that Virtual Vocations has that FreelancePulse does not have is a resume service.

I hope this helps.

Google Money Scams Shuts Down by Google

I’ve written several posts about working at home with Google scams and I have always wondered why Google allows these companies to use it name to scam people.

Most likely they got away with the use of the name by adding a tiny disclaimer at the bottom of the page that stated that the company was not associated with Google in anyway. I do not feel that make it right, but loopholes are loopholes and now we have all these scammers stating you can make thousands of dollars with Google.

Google has finally decided to take action, enough is enough, if you submit an ad for a Google scam to AdWords, you account will be suspended. GO GOOGLE! Here is a copy of the e-mail that you will see if you try to advertise for one of these scams:

"It’s come to our attention that you have submitted ads that promote Google Money Tree or ads that promote a misrepresented affiliation with Google. Due to multiple complaints from our users and publishers, we’ve made the decision not to accept these ads.

This is a notification that your account has been suspended due to the submission of these ads and your ads will no longer run on Google. Please note that future accounts you open will also be suspended."

The best part about this decision from Google for me, is I post Google ads on my site, as you can see, just look around. Now you won't read my post that tells you that Google Money Tree is a scam and is going to start charging you a monthly fee in one breath and then see their ad on the side of my page.

I am sure that some of these ads are still going to make their way to web sites and be advertised, but I think this is a great step in stopping the people that are taking advantage of honest hard working people that just want to find a way to earn a living.

I hope that sites like mine are the cause of Google's crack down on these scammers, but most likely it is because of people like you, that research programs and scream from the rooftop when you get scammed by a product that is suppose to be Google, one of the most trusted names on the Internets.

Avoid any of these Google Work At Home opportunities, typing, data entry and rebate processing opportunities. Do your research there are plenty of sites out there just like mine, that want to help you fulfill your dream of finding an honest way to work at home or earn extra money.

2) Submit only Summer themed "Home and Garden" related articles. All articles submitted must conform to the eHow Article Submission Guidelines. For Guidelines, visit: http://www.ehow.com/about_us/FAQ_ehow.aspx#q69.

3) Make sure you only publish new articles between 7/20/2009 and 7/31/2009, 11:59 p.m. Pacific Time.

4) Before publishing your article on the site, please make sure to do the following things:
a) When categorizing your article, place your article in the "Home & Garden" category.
b) Include the following URL in the "Add Additional Resources" section of the publishing wizard: http://www.ehow.com/home-improvement/

Then, name the above text link to "eHow Home and Garden Topic Guide."

5) Articles submitted for this promotion must be exclusive to this particular promotion.

When submitting articles to eHow it's helpful to follow these recommendations:

-Check your articles for spelling and grammar.
-Provide thorough how-to steps-
- submitted articles should be easy to read and follow and should give readers a clear action plan for how to succeed.
-Add your own photos (424x282 pixels) to your articles.
-Make sure your eHow profile is up-to-date -
- our readers like to know about the eHow writers.
-Most importantly: Write multiple articles-
- the more quality articles you submit, the better your chances of getting on the homepage.
-Remember, eHow articles are like instructional manuals-
-readers must be able to read from the first step to the last step of the article and be able to complete the task being asked in the title.

If a person is not able to complete a task by reading the article, then it's more than likely not a suitable How To for eHow.com. There shouldn't be any room for guess work.

For example, when you're reading an instruction on how to make a crane origami, you should have a crane origami built when you get through the last step. When you read an instructional manual that comes with your VCR, you rely on that manual to help you setup the VCR, so think of it in those terms when you're writing articles. An eHow article should perform the same way any time you finish reading an article, you should be able to complete a task.

Instructions need to be clear and precise.

Please note, eHow does not publish plagiarized material. If your submitted articles are found to be taken from another source, articles will not be published and your eHow account will be closed.See additional terms and conditions below. So what are you waiting for? Can you really earn money from home

This question has been posed to me a lot lately and I am very happy to tell everyone that my step-mother has received her first paycheck for work at home and can't be more happy. I asked her to write her story for me so I could post and show everyone that it is possible once you get past the scams. So without further ado, her is my stepmother's story about success with working at home:

Hi Everybody!

I would like to share this little bit of my ongoing quest to work from home. Some months back, I set out, determined, to find the perfect work from home opportunity. Since sometime around March, I entered into training to do medical transcription from home. I am still in training but getting closer to my goal every day. Transcription is not just a matter of easy typing by any means. At any rate, living on one income for a period of time now and no matter how close I am to completion of my training in transcription, I felt the need to acquire something to do even for just part-time.

Thanks to my wonderful stepdaughter, through her blog, I started some serious digging to find that part-time opportunity that would fit into my day, still allowing me the time I needed for other things. I checked into the opportunities that were available in most sites that Adele has listed on her blog. Going into Staffcentrix, Ver-A-Fast Corporation was listed.

I filled out the little form they requested and didn't hear anything for about two months. Then one day the call came. What a wonderful opportunity! The first lady to call me was so pleasant, as I have found them all to be. She fully explained what the expectations would be, which really isn't much at all. What they do ask of you is a commitment of 15 hours per week to do make some simple phone calls. For the first week that I had worked with this company, of which they only required seven hours in the first week, I received a check for $63.25! I was more than satisfied with that (figures to $9 per hour from the comfort of your own home).

I was compelled to share this story with all of you out there seeking the opportunity of your dreams. It has taken a lot of persistence, but I have believed in my quest all of the way. And of course, make sure that you fully check out whomever it is that you may be thinking of contracting with that you can be assured that they are reputable. Don't give up! You can make it happen. That $63 check won't pay the mortgage but it is another important step to reaching a very important goal and I am very grateful for it.

Good Luck to Everybody!

Go For It!

Columbus Herald Tribune - Work at Home?

Sometimes the websites look so real it is hard not to buy into what they are saying. I came across the Columbus Herald Tribune today it told the story of a single mother that was supporting herself and her child using the Instant Google Income program. It is a heart wrenching story about the struggle that must of us are facing in these economic times. As I was finishing the story a couple things struck me as being off.

First she said that Google sends her a paycheck every day for post their links. The only think I can figure is she is using AdSense like I do on this site and I can tell you that Google sends monthly checks no daily checks, so now I was wonder about the validity of the article. But I continued reading.

At the end of the article there were two steps that you had to complete to start making real income:

1. Purchase the Instant Google Income Program for only $1.95
2. Follow the step by step directions

WOW really it is that easy. NO! its not. I have posted a lot these days about being careful about the only pay $1 something for shipping and handling and get the program free ads. Like all the rest, this one follows the same scam. The $1.95 is for a free $7 day trial after that you will start getting charged monthly to use the program.

I know that I am skeptical now, but I just want to find one program that works the way it says it does and explains the costs up front. No more games, just sent me the truth!

I actually found a program that sounds really good it is $77 which I don't have right now, I have to wait for my monthly google check and then I will be purchasing it. Hopefully I will have some good news for everyone by this time next month.

Earn Money with your Photos

Shutterstock wants your photos! Submit your photos to Shutterstock and get paid every time one of your photos is downloaded. Web designers, magazine editors, and other graphic artists purchase monthly subscriptions to Shutterstock to download photos from this site.

Shutterstock is different than other stock models. Buyers subscribe on a monthly basis and can download up to 750 images over the course of 30 days. So what is your cut? Shutterstock will pay you 25 cents every time one of your images is downloaded. Once you reach $500 in earnings, your commission goes up to 30 cents per download.

The subscription model that Shutterstock uses encourages buyers to download a large volume of images.

Current Payout $0.25 (US) per download. That means that at just 2000 downloads a month, you can earn $500 (US) per month! Many of the photographers at Shutterstock earn this and more every month.

There are three ways to make money with this program: refer photographers, refer Stock Buyers (make 20% off their subscriptions), and submit photos for sale!

Claim Your Free $197 Gift!

As I am sure you can all image since I do research on ways to earn extra money and join so many work at home programs, I get a lot of spam. I consider this spam to be a good thing though because it gives me a heads up to the kind of spam my readers are getting about work at home programs which allows me to research them and report on them before anyone gets ripped off. So I received an e-mail with morning with the subject line of "Claim Your Free $197 Gift!".

I followed the link and looked for the terms and agreements, but I didn't find any so I filled out the form with my name and e-mail address and on to step two to look for terms.

At step two there were still not terms, just asked me for my mailing address and phone number. OK, so I filled it out. On to step three which asked for my credit card, still no terms, there wasn't even a button to click on to accept terms just enter your credit card and click next. Wait what is that at the bottom of the page in really small letters, let me enlarge it for you:

"* THE FIRST INCOME ACCELERATOR CD IS FREE* WITH A PAYMENT OF $7.95 FOR USA ORDERS ($11.95 OUTSIDE OF THE USA). THE INCOME ACCELERATOR CD PURCHASE AUTOMATICALLY RENEWS TO A RECURRING CHARGE OF $97 A MONTH FOR THE INCOME ACCELERATOR MILLIONAIRE CD OF THE MONTH CLUB. "

Unless you scroll down you would never see it and end up getting charged monthly. So what is the name of this great program that wants to charge you monthly but neglects to share that information with you in an obvious place?

Accelerator Millionaire, I have not been able to find any information about the company on the Internet so I really can't tell you what is included for the $97 a month, but if it was something that was worth the money don't you think they would place this information where you can make a well informed decision.

The created of the program is Justin Blake and I found the following information about Mr. Blacke while searching the internet:

"Justin Blake and Chris Ryder are currently promoting an affiliate program with the catch phrase "make $1057 every month" I got sucked into this story and signed up for $47 with a monthly payment of $47 thereafter. When I received the download I realised that all this was a scheme to promote their website , get people to join and I'd receive a commission. If I sold 30 - 40 /mth I'd make $1057! I immediately replied to them that I did not want to flog a membership site and asked for an immediate refund.

Dianne thought this was rude and berated me for several emails. Realising I was getting nowhere I apologised and she informed me that a refund was done. I'm still waiting. After quering this with her, she now tells me that I'm not getting a refund. This is inspite of their site offering "an iron clad guarantee" and you can cancel at any time statement. Several times I've asked for phone numbers etc but they won't respond. BEWARE of promoters who don't supply phone numbers. I've contacted Visa and lodged a complaint but feel others should be warned about this operator. These are my experiences and others should make their own judgement based on their own research. I personally will never do business with Justin Blake again.

Regards Greg Reed

Work from Home Information

The Most Popular Home Jobs are:

1. Running a home-based business (these would be programs that you have to purchase)

2. Computer work

3. Data entry

4. Word processing

5. Telephone research/sales

6. Customer services

7. Proof reader

8. Market research

If you are going to work from home you need good a reliable mobile, landline, fax, email and instant messaging program.

Generally, if the company you are applying to requests money (and you are applying as a employee and not business owner, beware!

Top Three Homeworking Scams to Avoid

1. You send off your registration fee to receive details about earning a good income from homeworking. You receive a letter instructing you to put an advert in your local shop or paper, asking people to send you a registration fee!

Twitter Profit House - Follow Up

A couple weeks ago I posted about the Twitter Profit House (click here for the full story) and I also submitted the post to a number of article sites. I am getting a lot of feedback about the article from those sites and I wanted to share the information from other people that have tried it and lost their money.

July 2, 2009
Alicia @ 3:30 pm

Thank you for this invaluable information. I just read a news story from a local newspaper in Cleveland, Ohio that says a college drop out is making over $10 grand a month using this service. What a hoax!

July 4, 2009
Jacob @ 4:22 pm

Thanks a lot! My mom signed up thinking she would receive the CD, but instead she would have been charged $99/mo! but i sent them an email for cancellation, so hopefully all is well.

July 6, 2009
Teri @ 6:01 pm
How did you send an email for cancellation? the link does not exist on the twitter house page.

Adele @ 6:13 pm (This one is mine)
Yes I know, that is part of the problem. The terms and conditions tell you to call the number, when you call the number they tell you to go to the site. I don't see a way to cancel at the membership.

My only suggestion is to call your credit card company and dispute the charge, it is the only way you are going to get your money back.

July 7, 2009
Erin @ 6:46 pm
They also sell your credit card information to other companies. I got charged from a "united benefit advantage" 3 days after signing up. I had to cancel my credit card just to be safe.

Please if you take anything away from this site it should be don't trust the Twitter Profit House, you could lose hundreds of dollars.

BidVertiser - Earn Extra Money with Your Web Site

If you are like me, one of the ways that you earn money online is by running a blog or a web site and having AdSense on the site. I found a nice site call BidVertiser. BidVertiser posts ads on your site and pay you for displaying them and when those ads get clicks.

There is one huge difference between AdSense and BidVertiser:

AdSense has a $100 minimum payout via check or direct deposit

Bidvertiser has a $10.00 minimum payout via paypal

I prefer to get paid via paypal, I don't have to go to the bank, I don't have to give a company my private information like bank account numbers and stuff like that. If you are looking to make money using a blog or web site, try BidVertiser, if it free to join and you can control the ads they show on your pages.

Increasing Traffic to your blog

One of the best ways to increase traffic to your blog is to ping your blog and let the search engines and other blogging site know that you site exists and that it has been updated.

I use Blog Pinger 2.0 by Joseph Tierney to ping my blog and let everyone know that updates have been made. The hardest part about using this software is find the search engines and the blogging sites to ping, so after a couple weeks of research here are the top 50 sites that you should ping your updates too:
